Ultra-Clean Team provides communal area cleaning services to housing associations, property management companies and residence associations with regards to cleaning of common areas including staircase cleaning, reception areas, post boxes and internal window cleaning. If you are a landlord or property management company we can also carry out cleaning services in the common areas of your HMOs at competitive prices.

PRICES STARTS FROM £11/ hr subject to a  site visit by our Contract Manager. This will allow us to introduce ourselves, walk around and asses the amount of hours required.

• Hoovering Halls, Corridors and Staircases 
• Sanitising contact points on entrance doors, Fire doors and Banisters
• Dusting on Coving and Skirting Boards
• Carpet cleaning available on request
• Thorough mopping of hard floor areas
• Wiping of handrails with an antibacterial cleaner
• Wiping internal window ledges
• Dusting & polishing pictures & mirrors
• Taking care of post-boxes, litter and junk mail
• Cleaning lifts and lift doors
• Dusting & wiping radiators
• Wiping switches & sockets
• Cleaning reception areas
• Cleaning communal bathrooms, kitchens, toilets and shower rooms

Ultra-Clean Team provides all equipment, Vacuum Cleaners, Mops, etc in Personal Protective  Equipment (PPE) 

We supply all Cleaning Products ( to be charged to the client)
